We bought this to hold up a flat screen T/V high up in the corner in the kitchen and it does the job great.
It was a bit hard to figure out assembly wise but I have almost no DIY skills and I did the whole thing start to finish in about 45 minutes including fitting. Since fitting this and getting the position just right we have not touched it, and that is just what we want.

However, without a lateral adjustment I'm guessing most people will end up (like me) with a slightly wonky TV on the wall. It might only be out by 1 or 2 degrees (a slightly uneven wall forces your drill a tiny fraction off the carefully made mark and it's hello Mr Wonky!) but it'll bug you for evermore!

Yes you have to assemble it yourselve but it aint rocket science. I hung a 26" LCD TV in my kids bedroom.

The bracket fits to the wall with six screws which are provided with wall plugs. The entire arm can be fitted to the wall, and the back plate to the TV, before the two are joined together by one big knob at the toothed tilt-joint. Quite easy. My toddler is now frustrated in her attempts to press her face against her favourite cartoon characters.
The only downside to this type of bracket is that there's nowhere to put cabling, so I've had to bundle it together slightly awkwardly.
