Nice to look at, poor to watch

It was important to me to have a white TV in my bedroom as anything else would stand out and be ugly. I also wanted to have an incorporated DVD player so that I would have no lack of diversions if I woke up in the night or was ill in bed. The television looks quite nice and the DVD works well. The DVD gives a good picture but the picture I obtain from the TV is very poor. After a year, I brought in a TV engineer and he was unable to improve it either. I don't like the blue light that stays on all the time unless you switch the TV off at the wall. Since I always go to sleep watching the TV it was important for me to have a sleep button. This is quite hard to find so I had to remember the sequence as a formula, pressing the wheel, (3 down-1 right,3 down -3 right) All in all, I wish I had waited for another white TV/DVD to have been on the market as I am very disappointed in this one.

Very impressed with the easy to use options for both the tv and dvd, I would certainly reccomend it for a spare room or bedroom, the picture quality and design is excellent for the price.Bad experienceReview date: 2008-07-26 Rating: 2 out of 10I bought one and had it delivered. It does not work at all. I'm having to arrange a refund. Very disappointing experience. Good luck if you order one, but I would avoid this brand in the future, as it has been complicated to make arrangements to be home for the delivery and now have to do the same for the return. Plus un-pack and now pack the box again. It shouldn't have happened, items should be tested before they are sent out to customers.
